Wrye Mash - A Fork of OpenMW For Morrowind
When I started playing the game, I was not so crazy about the fact that I had to start a new game every time I wanted to enter a quest or go somewhere. So I started to search for ways on how I could optimize my game speed, I really loved the concept of Wrye Mash, but it was like the game just ran away from me. The last thing I needed was a gamemod that would help me manage and repair savegames, but I didn't know what to look for or where to start. I only had this game for a couple of months, so I wasn't going to spend more than a couple hours for it, so I was going to make something that would help me efficiently and quickly manage and repair my savegames.
p>Enter Wrye Mash, the utility that I have been looking for. It was at the bottom of my list when I was looking for a utility for managing and repairing savegames. Since I was new to the game, and I only had the alpha version of the mod installed, I wasn't sure if it was going to be as effective as the beta. But after playing with it for about three months now, I haven't really seen too many problems with it. It is extremely user friendly, and I managed to install and run it without any hassle.
Wrye Mash for Morrowind is my utility for managing and repairing savegames. There are other types of game modding tools out there, but this one is a fork of OpenMW. My next project will probably be some kind of overhaul on OpenMW, and since the current fork is almost four months old, I might as well get started now and start enjoying the game.
